SpiderInk Designs LLC is a business located in Utah, specializing in the creation and sale of custom-designed merchandise, including but not limited to t-shirts, mugs, game mats, and other related items. All our products are processed and shipped by our partner, Printify, or other third-party printers.

Product Information

All products displayed on this website are designed by SpiderInk Designs LLC. Products are made to order; therefore, please allow time for production and shipping. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the final product may vary slightly in color and design due to different screen displays and manufacturing processes.

Ordering

When placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. SpiderInk Designs LLC reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our discretion.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed by third-party printing services and shipped directly to the customer. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. SpiderInk Designs LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by third parties, including the shipping carrier.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, but please note that cancellations may not be possible once an item is in production. Since all items are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately and include "Urgent" in the subject line of your email, as orders may be approved for production as early as the end of the business day. Additionally, no returns or refunds will be given on personalized orders unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, send us a picture, and we’ll do our best to replace it as quickly as possible.

Returns and Refunds

As products are made to order, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All content, designs, and branding associated with SpiderInk Designs™ are the exclusive property of SpiderInk Designs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to, the following brand names and artworks:

Fine Art Prints: All art prints are created by the artists, protected by copyright, and licensed exclusively to SpiderInk Designs LLC.

Use of Our Products and Designs: Purchases from SpiderInk Designs LLC are for personal use only. Customers may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of our designs or products for commercial purposes without prior written consent from SpiderInk Designs LLC.

Prohibited Actions: Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or modification of any content or products featuring our designs is strictly prohibited. This includes using any of our artwork or designs for resale, commercial use, or public display without permission.
