Domestic Shipping (Within the US)

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method.

Shipping Methods and Times: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Delivery times vary based on the chosen method and the specific item. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. When available, expedited shipping usually arrives within 1-3 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs: We offer flat-rate shipping, providing a consistent fee regardless of the size or weight of your package. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment through the carrier's website.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for more information. While we will assist you as best as we can, but once the package has left our partner facility, it is out of our control.

Cancellations: We understand plans can change, but please note that cancellations may not be possible once an item is in production. As all items are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately and include "Urgent" in the subject line of your email. Please note that orders may be approved for production as early as the end of the business day.

Returns and Refunds: Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Return shipping costs for domestic orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

International Shipping

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Customs and Import Duties: All international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. SpiderInk Designs is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be incurred. These charges must be borne by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
